Parking system for Sofia Land parking lot ( Sofia, Bulgaria )

VAiOS implemented a modern parking system for the Sofia Land site, based on intelligent video surveillance and automatic license plate recognition. The solution eliminates the need for physical tickets and cards, providing fast and contactless access through the entrance and exit barriers.

The system uses high-resolution cameras and machine vision algorithms that identify vehicles in real time, record parking duration, and automate the billing process. In addition, a QR code option has been implemented for barrier control – suitable for temporary access, events, guests, or business visitors. QR codes can be generated dynamically and validated in real time, providing flexibility and complete control over access.

The solution allows integration and upgrading with ERP and BMS systems, as well as detailed analytics on occupancy and downtime. The system increases security, reduces human error, and optimizes parking space management.

With this project, VAiOS confirms its position as a provider of intelligent solutions for automation and modern urban infrastructure.
