Solution for a new private smart home in Varna ( Varna, Bulgaria )

Beautiful property, electrically furnished by VAiOS

In Varna a famous doctor built his new private home. The house has comfort, which can be seen from a preview of the construction.

The comfort of the home is also contributed by the work we were commissioned to turn it into a Smart home.

Along with building the smart house, we completed our favorite assignment as a type – to have the entire electrical system completed by VAiOS, All in One Solution.

For the smart home, we built a complete solution related to

• smart lighting,
• roller shutters on the garage,
• smart air conditioning,
• security systems and
• access control.

We have combined all of these systems into a single software solution that integrates BMS and DMS systems and is managed through a mobile app.
