Access Control and Time and Attendance System for the National Laundry Complex, Sofia ( Sofia, Bulgaria )

For the National Laundry Complex, the VAiOS team implemented a comprehensive hardware and software solution for access control and work time monitoring. The project is built on VAiOS’s proprietary technology architecture, which combines specialized controllers, web-based software, and centralized management into a single integrated platform.

The system enables detailed tracking of:

• employee check-ins and check-outs,

• access control by zones and schedules,

• as well as automated working time reporting.

Thanks to its web-based architecture, administration and monitoring can be performed from any location with internet access, without the need for local installations on individual computers.

The solution was developed with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability. The platform uses encrypted communication and secure access levels, and its modular architecture allows for integration with additional automation and security systems.

With the implementation of the system, the National Laundry Complex (Sofia) has optimized its personnel management processes, improved access control to the facility, and established a solid technological foundation for future development and automation.
