Access control and Time attendance
The access and working time control system is extremely easy to install. After installing the devices, it is enough to have an Internet connection.
Thanks to its web-based structure, you can monitor and change the system directly through an Internet browser. The system allows work in small sites and upgrades to huge complexes, business buildings and centres, public institutions, gyms and complexes, hospitals, museums, government institutions and others.
The system is based on our hardware, framework and access control software.
It allows for control of access to the site, as well as monitoring and tracking the dynamics of the movement of people inside and outside it. It is upgraded with web access, which allows control from any point with internet access.

The web-based platform for time and access control software is very convenient for managing your office and business. The access to the platform is done by typing the domain / which is unique for each system / in the address bar.
Then in the admin panel you see in the photo, enter your username and password to log in to your account. Each employee can have his own account / user profile /, and according to the different level in the hierarchy of the business to have access and control over different opportunities provided by the system.

An overview of the menus and capabilities of the VAiOS ACW time and access control software can be found in the “Users” module. The “Users” menu gives you an overview of the people who have access to the software platform. Through the menu you can track who are the users of the platform. You can also activate and deactivate accounts. That is, without permanently deleting an account, you have the opportunity to terminate user access. This is an extremely convenient option when you want to keep complete information in an archive. For example, for activities related to the user whose account you deactivated instead of deleted.
You can also add new accounts from the same menu. From the “Add user” button (top right). When adding users, you need to know to which user group you will assign it, which will give the specific access to the user’s account. Employees and maps, access levels.

The “Employees” module aims to organize the entry and exit of people with access to and from the site. In the various menus you have the opportunity to control partially or completely access to specific points in the site. This is done by dividing the people into groups, for which the access from the Access Control module is subsequently fixed. From this menu you can allow and restrict employees’ access to certain rooms.
