Access Control, Time and Attendance, and Parking System for Saint George Palace – Bansko

The VAiOS team implemented a comprehensive solution for access control, time and attendance tracking, and parking management for the four-star Saint George Palace hotel complex in Bansko.

Located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains and near the gondola lift, Saint George Palace features 99 guest rooms, a wellness center, a restaurant, and bars, as well as adjacent parking areas. The scale and unique nature of the complex necessitate reliable management of both access to individual areas and the movement of staff and vehicles.

The access control and time-and-attendance system developed by VAiOS provides centralized management of access rights and the ability to track and report on staff working hours. The solution allows information to be managed through a web-based interface, which simplifies administration and provides flexibility in the event of changes to the work organization.

As part of the project, a parking system controlled by readers was also implemented. These readers are used to identify authorized users and control vehicle access to the complex. The integration of the readers with the other systems allows for better traffic management and restricts access to certain areas to authorized users only.

The solution combines VAiOS’s proprietary hardware and software, which allows the systems to be configured and adapted to the specific characteristics of the site.
