Access control and time attendance from VAiOS

For the production base of Tukai Bulgaria LTD we built an access control system with integrated web-based time tracking software from VAiOS.

The main functionalities of the software are:

• Full tracking of employees arriving and leaving work;
• work schedule and over time working hours reporting
• tracking holidays, sick and maternity leave and other parameters according to legislation
• administrative rights for data correction
• training videos on how to use the software included

For the pass from Tukai Bulgaria LTD, we were also commissioned to produce control cards with their approved bespoke design, which included:

• employee name
• photo
• company logo
