Access Control and Time and Attendance System for the Gold-Oil Ltd. Facility (Harmanli) ( Harmanli, Bulgaria )

At the Gold Oil Ltd. production facility in Harmanli, a comprehensive solution for access control and time and attendance management was implemented by VAiOS — a Bulgarian platform for smart software and hardware systems. Gold Oil is one of the leading companies in the vegetable oil production and processing sector, developing a modern industrial base and a sustainable production process.

The project involves the implementation of an integrated access control system

• for various areas within the facility,

• combined with specialized software for the control and

• monitoring of working hours.

The platform enables tracking of entries and exits, management of work schedules, recording of tardiness, absences, and work shifts, as well as a centralized information system for the company’s administration.

The VAiOS solution is built on a web-based architecture that enables real-time management, a high level of security, and the ability to integrate with ERP systems, video surveillance, and additional automation modules in the future. With the implementation of the Gold Oil project, the company continues the process of digitizing and optimizing its internal production and organizational processes.
