What is PMS – the system for property management?
Property management system (PMS) is a set of hardware and software products through which the owners or managers of various properties, apartments, offices and even entire buildings can concentrate information from the objects, control the processes in them and last but not least increase accountability and significantly improve communication with tenants, users, other owners.
What does such a property management system involve?
Property management systems are a combination of hardware and software.
The hardware…
Hardware may include elements of the access control and time and attendance system. It enables:
- On the one hand, to restrict access to certain places in buildings for a certain period of time. For example, you rent out a certain apartment on a short-term basis. Your tenants will only have access to the apartment for the period for which they have rented the property, and VAiOS software systems enable you to start, stop and control this access remotely without having to visit the location each time. VAiOS access control systems also contribute to the security and restriction of access to your properties by external and unwanted parties.

- Another part of the site’s hardware may be related to the site’s controls and automated processes. These are so-called Smart Homes, Smart Houses, known as Smart Home. Proper positioning of hardware and security systems can prevent many of the problems that arise when dealing with different tenants and users, different groups of people, and preventively help avoid unwanted situations. This will give security to your customers and tenants as well as peace of mind to you.

Managing through specialized software and hardware would increase your collections and revenue, as well as optimize your costs, including personnel, external services you use, resources, energy. By having a single platform, you won’t have to perform the tedious and expensive transfer of information from one system to another.
