What is PMS – the system for property management?

Property management system (PMS) is a set of hardware and software products through which the owners or managers of various properties, apartments, offices and even entire buildings can concentrate information from the objects, control the processes in them and last but not least increase accountability and significantly improve communication with tenants, users, other owners.

What does such a property management system involve?

Property management systems are a combination of hardware and software.

The hardware…

Hardware may include elements of the access control and time and attendance system. It enables:

  • On the one hand, to restrict access to certain places in buildings for a certain period of time. For example, you rent out a certain apartment on a short-term basis. Your tenants will only have access to the apartment for the period for which they have rented the property, and VAiOS software systems enable you to start, stop and control this access remotely without having to visit the location each time.
